Just got my new nexus 7. I'm not sure if it's defective, but I tried adb and just simply dragging files onto it through usb. My windows machine acknowledges it and even shows Nexus ADB in device manager but I can't do these two things that my old nexus can do. Should I exchange it? Also, bottom...

Nope, I finally got bugless beast on there. It's locked. I don't care anymore. I have my new nexus with stock jelly bean just updated today. I quit. Hahahaha Thanks for suffering with me guys.

Is there any rom that will make it look like stock through CWM? I don't want to send it in with CM9. It's a dead giveaway.

Are you serious? Ugh... I guess that makes sense. There's no way I can put them in a zip to have CWM recognize them?

The only real solution I've gotten was to try mobile odin. It doesn't work, but I don't understand how to get the factory toro images flashed through cwm. CWM doesn't see it as a file.

I really need to get back to stock today. I can pay for any help I get. I have CWM and CM9. I am rooted and I don't know anything else. My USB port is 100% broken and mobile odin doesn't work. I have CDMA Galaxy Nexus. Can anyone give me step by step on how to fix this?

1. Hmm... it's kinda hard to move stuff into a zip throught astro... can I just flash each item one at a time? 2. When you say flash... do you mean in Mbile Odin or in CWM? 3. Also, are you sure I'm safe using the cwm.zip you sent me... because it's in a GSM thread.

I only read the instructions. I noticed it was GSM. Also, if I flash a new recovery before rom... won't that disable me from flashing a new rom?

Okay, I think I understand all of the "jargon" now. I have all of this: Radio: CWM-flashable Bootlaoder: CWM-flashable Recovery ROM: Stock Which do I flash first and in which order do I go in?

I'm already lost at the first step... how do I get CWM back?

Two things I can do I think: 1. I bought mobile odin, you think maybe I should try the free version? 2. Flash some kind of stock on it. I just don't want the CM9 logo to appear on bootup. I think they'll definitely charge me if they see it.
