    Great news for you hemp1217! I'm currently at the end of a second round of "should be resolved in 24-72 hours." Would you be willing to give up your support ticket# for the rest of us to refer tech support to?

    Just spoke with Verizon Tech Support again. This is what I was told: "Your request has been escalated to the System Performance Team and there seems to be a network system issue in your area . These issues are usually resolved in 24-72 hours."

    Interesting that this is a location based issue...I can go 1/4 mile down the street and everything works fine. Other GS3 owner in neighborhood, who also works for VZW, has same issue, her phone works fine down the street too. If not tower related, then what's your theory?

    Just got off from the phone with VZW support. They're thinking this is something going on with tower and have escalated my request to critical and expect resolution within 24 hours. My suggestion is for those of you experiencing this is to call tech support. Save time by telling them that...
