Thanks for the suggestions! I hadn't even thought of going to the Verizon store but I'll probably do that. It'll be the weekend before I can make it though. I'd rather avoid a factory reset to prevent data loss or possible corruption if something goes wrong. Who knows what parts of the update...

I'm on Verizon, and a week ago I installed the April security update. All was well, it completed the update, but in Settings under "Software Update", it says it failed, with an error code of 401. I know it didn't fail, and that it installed, because "About Phone" shows the correct information...
