Hi Jennifer, I checked the developer options as well and I actually don't see anything similar to stay awake. The only item that's checked is animations in the advanced section.

Mine also keeps having this issue. When I try to refresh it from the app, it says "unable to contact the location service to update your current location." I've also cleared the data from the weather app. My wife's One doesnt have this issue Sent from my HTC One using Android Central Forums
