So, I traded a s22 ultra and a S22+ for my fold 4. They accepted my ultra and denied my +. They say the screen is cracked. It was in mint condition. Put them both in their original boxes, taped them shut, wrappped them together with bubble wrap and put them in a box. No way the screen cracked...

This is my first unlocked phone. I am still on July 1 security patch. Is it Samsung or AT&T that pushes the update. Is everyone else on the July patch? Thanks.
