I was having big problems with this over the last couple months. Sometimes my data connection would seem fine for a day or two and sometimes my stratosphere would drop the data literally every 5 or 10 seconds over and over again for several minutes at a time...and this would happen randomly...

Mine will sometimes drop data once or twice a day while on 4g, but it will usually connect right back up to 4g within several seconds or if it doesn't, then within a minute it will connect to 3g and a little later find 4g again. Like I said, this happens maybe once a day but sometimes it never...

No...pressing "search" and "q" doesn't bring up the browser...it just brings up the same screen as if I just pressed the hardware button for "q" by itself. Maybe the original poster was mistaken with it being the "q" button?

Northbanker, If a key was getting stuck and causing it...it would be the "search" key, because holding that key and pressing the "e" opens the email setup thing that I saw. However, I've never pressed that button on the physical keyboard so I don't know how it would have gotten stuck...
