    Satellites in view but GPS won´t lock anymore

    Thank you for your help Rukbat. When I do this, I get a screen with DIAG CONFIG and ´NOT SUPPORT´ on the line underneath. When I follow steps 3 and 4 (select key input), nothing happens, so I don´t get past that stage. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

    Thank you! I just tried that, but it sadly hasn't resolved anything so far :( (and thank you for clarifying re the password when the device restarts) I also already did a reset, but that hasn't solved anything either
