Many thanks. My phone suddenly started dropping connection with my Parrot mki9100. This fixed it.

I could hear everyone fine on the 6P. It was those on the other end who would describe me as muffled. I'll drop CPW an email listing the issues and see where it gets me. cheers

You know,looking back I just used my works phone more! It only really hit home as people are now commenting on how clear my calls are. Phone is 14 months old,so still under warranty. Dont know whether to go direct to direct to Huawei or via my retailer (Carphone warehouse UK)

Well it was sadly time to replace. 6P has started to get flaky with random reboots and weird battery issues. However main issues for me(as posted previously) very poor Bluetooth performance and constant muffled calls for the person on the other end. Went with a Note 8. Miss the fingerprint...

Sorry,missed these replies (Dont mind dog based chat either :D ) I'll give it a try. I am pretty much done with the 6P,purely on Bluetooth issues. When the phone is connected to the car BT set up,it cuts the radio off whilst navigating apps etc. Using it for calls is now pretty much pointless...

have you checked the dialer app is allowed notifications? I had the same issue and it was blocked.
