Has anyone else seen this happen?

Anybody know when writing on a PDF in the new Note 5 "write on PDF" feature why the writing is so pixelated and distorted when completed? It just isn't nearly as smooth and clear as the rest of the PDF at all! See attached.

Ever since I've had my Note 4 I've noticed video will jump or glitch. When panning certain ways the video will flicker as if something cant keep up. I assume it has something to do with the OIS. My friends note 4 will not do it at all. It does it in 4K and both 1080p modes. With image...
