yeah I'm in central Kentucky too. I bought my dinc2 in Chicago on vacation and didn't notice the problem until I got home. Glad I was able to help. This is my first smartphone and so far I love it.

I have/had the 00151 problem as well. I read on another forum about a workaround. Go to Settings -> Call -> Assisted dialing and change the default "National Number Length" to 7 instead of the default 10 My Dinc2 is set to CDMA mode. I can now call people in my Contact list without it adding...
