I just called Best Buy. I do not have a tracking number and after waiting on hold with the lady from Best Buy's customer service apparently there was a mix-up with the way they packaged all of the black Google phones so there's a one-week delay while they go through and repackage all of them.

Is odd because now the slate version doesn't even show up on their Web page (which is what i orderd). I'm kinda wondering if it's not just a glitch. Even the blue is still on there for order it just show's a long delay.

I pre ordered 10/8 and just got an email from bestbuy saying my order has been delayed 30 days. Estimated delivery date is now November 19th. Pretty pissed off right now.
