I would love the chance to use a stock android phone and see how much of a difference it is from Touchwiz.

Having the same issue with my 2012 model Nexus 7. Tried removing/readding gmail accounts, clearing data on the play store, services and frameworks, uninstalling updates, all while rebooting between each step to no avail. I guess we wait for Google to figure this out.

I have a non rooted nexus 7 tablet that just got the 4.3 update, and since I have been unable to connect to WiFi. I've tried both with my home router and my phone's hotspot, and it'll flash it's connecting for about half a second, then goes back to saying saved. I've tried rebooting the tablet...

You're either going to need a new battery which you can get under the manufacturer's warranty if your phone is under a year old, or you may need to replace the phone. I would recommend a battery swap first, as replacements for devices through carriers are refurbished. Sent from my Galaxy S4

Try restarting your device after a 100% charge. I've seen something like this where some devices were still running everything even when the device was idle, and it worked for them. Worth a shot I'd say. Sent from my Galaxy S4

You can also check under settings, app manager, under the all tab scroll to the bottom. If you see "download manager" there, tap on it and click "enable". Sent from my Galaxy S4

Call your carrier and have them remove the "Call Waiting Distinct Ringback" feature from your line and that should resolve the issue. Sent from my Galaxy S4

To undo a force stop on an app that won't restart itself, power cycle the device and it should boot on startup. Sent from my Galaxy S4
