If you have a note 5 then I found out how to fix it 1. Click on Clean master 2. Go to Tools 3. Then click on iswipe Turn it off , then go back to instagram and go allow it will work . That was causing the problem the whole time. https://youtu.be/5zPJPk5VVys Go here if you need more help...
