Actually you CAN run CM10 on the GS3. The devs have done a lot of work and found ways around the boot loader. There is a version of CM9 and CM10 out right now. Here you go:

Extended Controls guys. Works great. No LTE toggle, but so far I've only seen custom roms do that. Everything else, including mobile hotspot works great.

Yep uninstalling listen will fix it. I have also heard that Rhapsody causes the same issue. So uninstall Rhapsody if you have it.

I also recently switched back to stock on my Charge and feel it is the way to go. Rooting is fun and all but it always leaves something broken. Even if most things work well, as soon as something goes wrong I immediately think it could be because of the rom.
