I think I figured it out. I went to settings on the Google Calendar app on my phone. Her calendar was not visible. I touched the "Show more" link and her calendar became visible. I touched her calendar link and turned on Sync and voila, her events appeared. I think this would have been easier...

I am logged in to my wife's Google account on my phone so I can see her calendar. But location sharing shows my phone's location as hers. She is logged in to her Google account on her Android phone. We both have S24+ phones. How do I fix this without having to remove her account from my phone?

No. Through the Meet app.

I did that with Meets but not Gmail. Why does that work?

It turns out the same happened to me. I checked after making the post and did not get the error. I was hoping someone knew what was going on so it could be fixed. But at least the backup is to create a New meeting with a code.
