That still doesn't explain why it won't even charge off my computer using it's original cable. Does it?

I have several mini USBs cables and a bunch of USB to AC adapters. Any time I use any of these (Or even add my USB extender in between the cord that came with the phone and the port that came with the phone) it says it's connected and charging but continues to drain the battery. The same thing...
