Not on Note 4. It does not have a speach recognition chip hooked up to Google API. It has to record everything and analyze it.

64 bit is for the future. Until 64-bit-only apps show up, you will not miss anything by not having a 64-bit phone. In general 32-bit applications run faster than equivalent 64-bit ones. 64-bit’s main advantage is for systems and applications that require large amounts (over 4GB) of memory.

FYI, you can turn fast charging off in the settings.

Weird things happen in the pocket. Mine took itself off of the Airplane mode once. The other time I took the Note out of the pocket to find a terminal looking screen with a few options, one of which was to reformat the phone.

Your work WiFi could be blocking the outgoing ports needed for Google. Older phones would indicate that by turning the WiFi icon from blue to gray. I do not know how Note 4 indicates this. Try switching the WiFi off, and using Ok Google on carrier data.

Those using the Dual Clock widget, be aware it shows incorrect information for some eastern European cities. For example, it puts Kaliningrad, Russia in the +3 zone, while it is currently GMT +2. If you do business with that part of the world, do not rely on Note 4 to give you correct time...
