Yes. You will still receive voice and SMS messages. Try enabling Wi-Fi Calling. And input her address when you're asked for it. That way, you get HD Voice, SMS/MMS, and data. All at the same time. It's not hard to do. But you have to be at her home to do it. #ProblemSolved.
