I'm using stock. I did use gboard at one point, but for me the predictive text was awful. Not sure why since I know gboard is well regarded by a lot of users. Predictive text isn't great on stock either though so maybe I should try it again. I had used Fleksy in the past and liked it too.

I use a S9 and the size is right for me. I compared in store before buying, and the S9+ just seemed too big for me. I probably could have adapted, but I was happy with what the S9 offered. In the end it comes down to each individual's preference.
