In Do Not Disturb (Blocking) Mode, I have it set to only allow messages/call from my favorites and yet in the middle of the night I got a message notification from Twitter - definitely not on my favorites list and not set to be a priority app. Do Not Disturb was working otherwise...

Yes, I noticed that too - driving me crazy - they really need to fix it...
