I always make sure that the screen is off when I pocket my phone. I have also made sure that I do not have it set to remain unlocked while in motion. I had similar issues with my S8+, but it seems worse with the S10+. Every time I walk anywhere, I manage to change settings, dial the phone...

Are you sure that's not the Samsung App Store icon? It looks a little like a coffee cup. It will appear when there is an update to a Samsung app. I had it pop up earlier today on mine.
