Hello, I flashed phoenix rom on my S4 to change it in S5 After flashing about after 2 to 3 hours S voice stopped working and showed same error. I don't know that installation or update of any app led to this issue. I also Uninstalled S voice and installed another Svoice.apk that I downloaded...
