well... small and small... i have 6s+ but it is way too big - mostly because it has huge bezels. im thinking about getting smaller one and waiting to see what iphone7 offers.. i bought plus instead of regular because of the battery and the ois in the cam. but, oh boy, these bezels makes it huge...

if you cant disable those programs from settings (all applications), and possible remove they from the settings which gives them admin priviledges (check that!), then im afraid of if factory resetting doesnt work then the malware might be in a system partition which means that you need to flash...

Which version do you have? I have updated mine (n8000) to kitkat. Althought i had to use odin.

have you tried samsung kies? if it isnt showing a new update, check sammobile.com and the firmware section. kies should tell you about the new firmware too. the latest may be 4.1, but there is also 4.4 in some regions. you may also try to install the firmware from other region using odin on pc...
