I solved the problem, I had to clear all the data in the browser and reset my phone. Very strange anomaly, but it's not the least of which I've had to deal with lately.

It happens in any video I play online with Google Chrome, and only in full screen mode, not ones that are stored locally on the device. I don't think it matters what the specifications are for my phone, because it's happening to different people I know with various Android devices around here...

A strange white line is appearing on top of all the Android devices I'm using. I know it's not just my own devices, it's other people's as well. I'm not sure why this is happening, but any help with how to get rid of it would be appreciated. (I attached a screenshot of it as well.) Thank you.
