Mine is doing the same exact thing. I bought mine late July also and am now out of warranty. I did attempt to upgrade from 4.4.2 to Lollipop a couple of times and it won't upgrade. Also I tried to connect to LG Mobile PC Suite and that tells me I have the most up to date version. Please let me...
