so I picked up the s23 ultra yesterday 05/27, after setting it up I put it on a wireless charger. the display stayed on all night and didn't charge. problem # one it was set to turn off after two minutes. I forgot the other it will come to me soon.

I reset my phone to factory, and use a backup I had I can't add all my shortcuts back to the home screen the apps in question are twitter, google maps I did add other ones by tap and hold no problem. but these only want to open when I tap and hold them.
