Just did the same thing to my Q1 last night, Called BlueAnt & they're replacing. Had mine in my front pocket. Also the only BlueAnt headsets that have an app are the Q1, T1 and I believe the S4. I found the T1 on eBay for 60 bucks, got my Q1 off eBay for 35 & the Q2 is currently up for 99.

Took my EVO back to Best Buy today for screen lifting, they don't have any in stock either. Best Buy is waiving the 30 day exchange because of the defect and put me on the top of the list so I get a replacement before the 27 people who are still waiting for their first one.

My uptime and awake time are vastly different. Up is at 27 hours + and awake is at 8 hours. Sounds like it's your phone and you'll need to do a factory data reset.
