Why not? I use nothing but no-name cards from microcenter. No need to pay 2x just to have a name brand on it.

I use the headphone everyday almost all day long. They never get in the way and it nice that they are on the opposite side as the USB port. I can not see any advantage to having the jack on the bottom.

I use the generic cards from Micro Center in everything I have. GoPros, DSLR, and cell phones. Never have had a problem with them and all operate at the upper end of the Class speed specs. But the best part is they cost a lot less than name brand.

Had the same problem The battery has bad cells. I replaced mine and all is good. Found a cheap one on amazon.
