Not only had my S3 had a broken Google Maps, BUT I jsut got a new phone AND so did my gf. BOTH phones broken Google Maps. NEW BOTH. That's three phones in a row.

I am just now noticing these myself. It's a stock S3 photo album. But I'd really like to know what it means.

I disagree. The battery life/charge issue he's experiencing is NOT wildly abnormal. I've experienced it with all my S3's. I think it's an f'ed up problem they've always had and refuse to fix.

Maybe for you and some others. But definitely NOT for me. I get the old "on/off/on/off" AND the incompatible charger message with any charger, any cable, directly to a computer, phone turned off. And STILL I get the charge/not charge thing along with the error message. It's quite simply a...

Yes, and like I said, GMaps is MORE than happy to tell me that GPS signal is lost which it does EVERY time and quickly at that.

I have the same issue as Timber6. Verizon Samsung S3 Google maps broke after the latest update. No voice nav (except to tell me "GPS signal lost"), location is WAY off and direction too. This sucks! I also tried the screw tightening thing to no avail.

Google maps broke on my S3 after the last update. Not only does voice ONLY work when it tells me "GPS signal lost" (which it does almost immediately) but my location and direction is WAY off. No one seems to be addressing the update having broken Google Maps.
