The phone require PIN code though the SIM card is open I broke the LCD display on my Galaxy S4. I replaced it and the phone comes on OK now, but it comes only to the screen where you are supposed to dial in a PIN code. My SIM card does not have a PIN code, thought. I can only perform emergency...
