Just in case anyone has this problem. All you have to-do is call Customer Serivce and have them re-activate the SIM card from there system, and it will correct the problem. After 2 weeks of this I did this myself. They had now clue..

I had to do a factory re-install. Every went good. I thought. But now on my call history it only shows call that I make. Missed calls calls received are not there. I see the miss call light on top. And then it's gone. Anyone know how to correct this? I've been looking every where for information...
