Seems like it's music downloaders causing the problems. I got MP3 SKull on my phone. I'm going to delete it to see if it's the problem.

I don't have the weather channel app installed on my phone. I get the pop up taking me to google play store and it's rather annyoing. I can't find the app that'd causing it.
