Right now Samsung has for whatever reason stacked date time with music controls and calendar events on the lock screen. You have to swipe the screen and switch around. That's highly non-intuitive and lazy. I want all info at quick glance. Hit the power button, control music fast and easy...

I still dont even have a tracking #, email from fedex/samsung saying shipped, and tried the reference # searching. Phone support wants me to believe they magically shipped it and it'll arrive tonight. FedEx delivery manager / reference search would show me even if a label was made. Samsung...

I've had this issue with both of my GSII's :( GPS Status app made life easier since it has the ability to 'cold start' the gps chip for me w/out rebooting the phone. There is clearly an issue with this phones GPS as sprint is clueless on it.

actually they only are asking for an additional 7$ to fulfill the order on the sake of the order. That or a refund. Its nice they are even offering such a choice, many businesses would have just refunded w/out notice.

I'll take my chances, 6$ not a big loss. I'll let ya'll know how it goes.

Living in Phoenix, I can assure you its not a 4g issue as we dont have any 4g here. But persistent GPS issues are the same. Typically if I dont reboot my phone daily I'll have GPS lock problems.

Its the first Android i've owned that has done this. Also it is the first Samsung I have owned. so that may be saying the cause. :-\

Honestly since the last update I have never once had a game crash. Before the update, tons. I doubt its a coincident. I game daily on this thing.

That really sucks, at least its getting replaced! My replacement phone was worlds better than my first , hopefully you'll get the same luck! (Mine had ridiculous sound issues via headphones.)

Try installing samsung kies drivers maybe? I already had these installed before this phone so maybe thats it.

1) WITHOUT usb connected, go to settings, wireless and networks,then USB utilities. 2) Choose connect storage to PC 3) connect cable 4) wait a sec 5) once more with the android guy now on screen connect to mass storage. 6) the windows side of your PC should inquire what do you want to do...
