    can i do a master reset? also, can i connect the phone to a pc and through my files access the texts file?

    i logged in there, had the account but my phone doesnt show up in there. i did put it in safe mode, but cant turn it off to have it rebooted. how can i do a master reset in this situation?

    after swipe and tapping in the password box, to unlock the screen, keyboard does not appear. so password cannot be typed for the phone to unlock. also it happens to be in battery saving mode. any suggestions?
