    I am a big believer of ask anyway since results may vary from store to store. When I get the email confirmation I will be on my way to ask... leaving today on a airplane so if I dont get it today I wont get it until Sundayish. The sheer agony!

    Has your CC been charged too? If that is the case then you can pick it up so states best buy rules.
