Just got a text from the service centre and they've told me the software is all up to date so there's nothing they can do. Any suggestions what to do next? Could it be grounds for a replacement (if that would make any difference)?

Awesome, I'll have to give them a call and see about getting a booking to. Hopefully the update has made it's way to Australia (not sure where you're from). Edit: Booked in. They said there 'might' be an update available, but they need to check it first. *crosses fingers*

Have you had chance to install the update? Do you know what the new version number is or if there I way ai can check to see if there should be an update?
