Sound assistant did not fix the problem. The problem repeated every few days and only a reboot could fix it. but... I just got the OTA Android 11 upgrade and the problem finally disappeared! :) :) :)

yes I tried SM but it didn't have any problems. I think that the problem is not related with my apps but with the IO. I only use FB, YT and Netflix which can cause the problem. by chance I found this nice Samsung App called "Sound Assistant" which allows you to have different setting for each...

it happens every time with a different app. I read that it could be the Bluetooth (headset) which I use rarely but I leave it on. so now I am testing with the Bluetooth turned off. so far so good. also read to try and have all volumes on full. time will tell. :) p.s It isn't the Bluetooth :(

it's not a glitch, its a bug and it occurs randomly. after a factory reset I reinstalled each application seperately. problem still occurs. randomly, and only a reboot will fix it. :(
