Yes. You will need to register the camera serial number with Samsung.com to download the Gear 360 ActionDirector app. That will let you stitch the pictures and videos.

It will output a side by side of the front and rear fish eye images and you will have to crop them and use a separate stitching program.

No stitching straight from the camera.

Doesn't look like there is one. You would have to connect it to a phone or computer for it to update itself.
