    I figured out what the problem was after hours and hours of trying everything. You have to install the SmartThings app. As soon as you do that, the option reappears.

    The same thing has happened to me. The option disappeared just a few minutes after i got two S10+ last week. I did network and factory reset, nothing helped. Samsung even remote controlled and couldn't figure out.
