On the watch, long press on the app, uninstall. There's no way to do it from my phone.

I uninstalled Google assistant from my watch. Next day it's back. I uninstalled again. This morning, it's back again. So i tried uninstalling from my phone but i can't find a way to do it. Does anyone know how to keep Google assistant from oozing back onto my watch? It drains my battery...
