    Re: Play store says no connection and we have data services. and other data apps are working You might have to try clearing your hosts file in root area. I had to do this when it kept saying it can't establish a secure connection.

    Can't charge my note 2

    It takes a long time for the port to dry out. Took mine 4 days. Just leave in a bag of dry rice to see if it helps. You could also change out the charging port if you have knowledge in electronics. There's a how-to video in YouTube somewhere.

    Which android version you on? I had terrible battery life on 4.3. I just updated to 4.4 and after 10 hours I still have 68% left. Before it would kill 45% in 4 hours without even using it! Sent from my Samsung Note II

    Move all your contacts to the phone instead of syncing it to your email. I had problems where numbers disappeared along with favorite contacts widget. No problem ever since. Sent from my Samsung Note II on Tapatalk

    Picking up Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from Best Buy?

    I bought mine through Best Buy Mobile on the 13th. Great customer service there. I had tons of questions coming from using a BlackBerry for 5 years.
