semi-offtopic question how do you reset the "history" of the battery? just charge it full? i tried restarting, it still shows the same battery usage.

I searched everywhere, but how do i change how often GMAIL updates the inbox? How do i multi-window/multi task? I persume it's the button on the bottom right... But It seems to shows 'recent apps' and windows of program still running. is there a way to only show the apps running? It boggles me...
