with every update the watch gets worse and worse. i am now finding postings all over the Internet about users returning this watch and people have even replied to my posts on social media starting they have the same problem

forgot to mention i had this watch since Gen 3 was released and the watch was fine with older software. it's the last 2-3 software updates that the issue started
