I noticed something today for the first time while taking pics in the dark. Please try this with yours. Go to camera and put your hand over the lens so its completely dark. Is there a thin white line at the top in portrait mode? It doesn't show up in pics so I'm hoping it's nothing serious...

So whats the best way to charge the phone when you first get it? Let it drain completely? As soon as you get it and keep it charging after its full? Every battery seems to have a new method.

The online reps are the lowest on the totem pole in more aspects than one. I'd keep calling and avoid them.
