SOLVED. Thanks. I cleaned the microphone area of tge phone and a large amount of lint and dust came out. More than I would have thought possible in fact. After this during the calls that I made, my voice could be heard on calls via both sims, my softphone and WhatsApp. So I am marking the thread...
