I would recommend looking into buzz launcher if you're new to customizing. But generally nova/apex/go launcher with an icon pack and then different widgets you like. UCCW is a little more advanced but allows more personalization

So I'm sure everyone heard of the camera shortages causing the delay of the launch? My theory is that HTC didn't get the number of camera parts ready as planned, thus they used what they had for the "poster boy silver" version instead of the niche black version instead of launching them both at...

Can anyone confirm this? I thought there was a shortage of black versions and only the silver will be avail at launch? I might have to switch my pre-order from wirefly over to Bestbuy if they will have the black one! (Even if it's gonna be $100 more) - - - Updated - - - Can anyone confirm...
