I use iFont and have never had a problem with it. It is limited to the fonts that it provides, but it has the ubuntu font which is all I ever want anyway. It's pretty easy. It works for the S3 without root I'm pretty sure but the app does also utilize root privilege.

yeah the optimus one you won't have any luck with hahaha the S and the V are so similar it's easy to port and share roms and stuff with but the One is a bit harder because they aren't as similar.
