our Droid X2 now has CM7!! [ROM]CyanogenMod 7.2.0-RC0 X2 [BETA][UPDATED 1/16/12] - xda-developers our second-init works and CM7 works!! Happy Droid X2 owners

We now have 2nd init *working* on our Droid x2! This means CM will (hopefully) follow soon after! Get excited our phones can really fly now!

There is a thread ocer at xda about what's going on with CM7. They are working on a work around for our locked bootloader issue. There is also a thread to strait up unlock our bootloader. So it is coming, just taking some time.

It's strange because normally low signal means worse battery life because you are using more battery to send more power to the radio to raise the signal. I get about a day-ish with fairly heavy usage ... it could be better but it could be a lot worse

Considering how similar our phones are to the ATRIX I can safely assume we will get ICS because of all the ATRIX users and because we are only a 5ish month old phone... I have faith in Motorola for this. And maybe if we're lucky we can get that nice bootloader unlocking app;)

I think I have figured it out, the sensor doesn't turn the screen off when I have headphones plugged in... So I think it has to do with the update because I specifically remember my screen turning off before, so I dunno Interesting feature I just noticed is that when you have music playing and...

sbf'ing is easy lol and when I sbf'd I didnt have to clear and cache or anything, it was nice lol but you might have to lol

yah I'm not exactly sure why it is doing this but I accidentally hung up on a very important call because I didn't realize my screen was still on lol
