as the question says what is the best (best performing, free of lags) jelly bean rom out there, right now for the galaxy note 2 GT-N7100. also would you be able to point me to a good tutorial which teaches you how to root and install a rom as this will be my first attempt. thanks

Hi, Ive seen a couple of bad esn galaxy note 2 phones on ebay that seem like a bargain, is it possible to use them in the uk? I dont mind having to go through some extra steps to get them to work .eg rooting etc.
