New to android. How do you get different launchers other than touchwiz?

Hello everyone. So I'm completely new to android devices so bear with me. On my wife's Samsung Galaxy S5, it seems like the weather degrees on the lock screen does not update. Is there something possibly not turned on in the settings of this phone? Anyone experiencing this?

I figured it out. It was because power save mode was on and I guess it trumps the touch key options. :/

Hello all! My wife's samsung galaxy S5 just got delivered today (cyber fist bump people!) and well it's her first Samsung and my first go at an android device.
